FAQ

What Parents Ask First

Real answers about daily routines, school schedules, progress, and how the afternoon actually works for your child.

What does my child actually do here after school?

They arrive at 2:45 PM, unwind, and enjoy a healthy snack before getting down to business. Homework comes first—done in small focus groups with dedicated mentors who guide them, not in a silent, rigid classroom. Once their schoolwork is finished, the rest of the afternoon opens up to reading, interactive skill-building, and creative activities, so they leave fully prepped for tomorrow while still having energy left to just be kids at home.

Will the homework get fully finished and understood?

That is the entire purpose of A². Our mentors don’t just make sure the homework is completed; they stay with your child through each assignment until the concepts actually make sense across all their school subjects. You won’t have to restart schoolwork at the dinner table at 8:00 PM. If a student needs extra targeted support in a specific subject, we coordinate an adjusted 1-on-1 care plan with you beforehand.

How do I know the afternoon went well if I am at work?

Pickup should never be a guessing game. We maintain direct line communication with parents, sharing updates on completed tasks, academic progress, daily milestones, and overall study habits. You will always know what was accomplished, what required extra effort, and how your child performed before they even step into the car.

Is A² the right fit for my child's grade level?

We cater specifically to students from Grade 1 through Grade 9 (EB1 to EB9). Younger elementary students receive structured guidance, calm transitions, and foundational habit-building. Older complementary students focus on subject mastery, time management, and exam readiness. Children are grouped thoughtfully by age and academic level—never placed in a mixed, unstructured holding space.

We already have a private tutor. Why would we need A²?

A private tutor usually focuses on one specific subject for an hour or two. A² takes care of the entire afternoon: guided homework across all daily subjects, a structured routine, supervised care from 2:45 PM to 7:00 PM, and a positive space kids look forward to coming back to. Many families keep a specialist tutor for a heavy exam topic while relying on A² for their complete daily after-school needs.

What are the exact hours and days of operation?

We operate Monday to Friday, from 2:45 PM to 7:00 PM, perfectly aligned with standard school drop-off and work schedules in Lebanon. Pickup is streamlined, secure, and flexible within those hours. Book a visit to see our space, meet our mentors, and discuss the best schedule for your family.

Is the location convenient for drop-off and school buses?

Conveniently located on a main street in the heart of Haret Sakher, A² makes daily drop-off quick, safe, and hassle-free. If your child arrives by school bus, the driver can drop them off directly at our entrance, where our team will be waiting to greet them.
